Drive for the Kids events are held in conjunction with a planned activity already on the school calendar (a pancake breakfast, school carnival, etc.). Event attendees take a brief test drive in a new vehicle and complete a short survey. Events are friendly and fun for everyone involved and every test drive earns $10 for the school. Test drive vehicles are available for 3 ½ to 4 hours. Anyone 18 or older, with a valid driver’s license, is eligible to drive for the donation. One donation per participant.

Once scheduled, a Drive for the Kids Field Rep will assist the school through the steps of planning and conducting a successful Drive for the Kids fundraiser. Scheduled schools also receive a comprehensive Event Planning Guide and Publicity

Please note: space is limited in the program. Scheduled schools will receive written confirmation from Program Headquarters.  Schools should not start to promote a Drive for the Kids event until the event is confirmed.
