Participants sign a waiver before driving.

Passengers must also sign the waiver.

Parents must sign a waiver for minors who ride along on the test drive.

Children requiring a safety seat are not permitted to ride in test drive vehicles.  Child safety seats are not allowed.  [This is an insurance issue related to the variance in laws regarding child safety seats from state to state.]

Dealers often provide a display vehicle for parents that wish to try out their child safety seat in a Town & Country.  Schools are advised to provide child care while parents of small children test drive.

Following the test drive, each driver completes a short survey.

The surveys are counted at the conclusion of the event to calculate Chrysler’s donation, and sent to Program Headquarters for processing.

This is the first place where people are greeted and thanked for helping the school by taking a test drive.

Parent greeters check driver’s licenses; obtain waiver signatures; and introduce participants to personnel from the dealership.

After the test drive, parent facilitators direct participants back to the Chrysler tent to complete the test drive survey.
